Ian Stidham stepping into the role of Executive Director

After many years of dedicated service, our esteemed Executive Director, Gerald Pearce, is retiring. Gerald’s leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to our mission have been instrumental in shaping the organization we are today. We are deeply grateful for his countless contributions and wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement.

At the same time, we are pleased to announce that Ian Stidham will be stepping into the role of Executive Director. Ian brings a passion for our mission and a strong track record of innovation and leadership. We are confident that his energy and experience will guide Abilities at Work into an exciting new chapter.
